All computers that are donated by RET3 are subject to a limited lifetime warrantee that guarantees the computer to be free from defects from the time you receive it to the time it has reached the end of it useful life, as long as the original owner owns it.
RET3 is not responsible if your computer receives a virus, if it does we will reinstall the operating system, but we can’t do anything as to retrieving lost data. Always backup your data before sending it for service.
RET3 is not responsible for data lost due to failing parts that may lead to a computer crashing.
To RET3’s discretion, we will attempt to repair problems with one of the following methods:

  1. RET3 will attempt to repair the computer over the phone and through this website; we have invested in the proper tools to provide excellent remote support.
  2. RET3 will attempt to repair broken parts
  3. RET3 will attempt to reinstall the operating system
  4. RET3 will replace the computer

RET3 is not responsible for transportation of the computer to our location for support. You must either send it via UPS or drop it off at our location.
